Constitution Week in the United States is an annual observance held from September 17th to 23rd. It commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787, and the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. The week-long celebration was established by the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) in 1955 and officially recognized by Congress.
